What is the Virtual Town Hall?

Upward Synergy hosts monthly virtual meetings to share information and highlight best practices from ERGs on issues involving leadership development, recruitment, retention, visibility, outcomes measurement and research. 

Key Areas of Discussions

  • Sharing information and highlighting best practices from ERGs
  • Networking and collaborating with ERG champions and diversity advocates on topics pertaining to the workplace
  • Moderated discussions based on related professional topics, with feedback from ERG champions or diversity advocates regarding the ERGs' brainstormed ideas, challenges, case studies and solutions
  • Sharing upcoming events
